Milk Education is recruiting for a Head of Year (Non-Teaching) to lead pastoral care and drive attendance, welfare, and student development within a year group.

You will work closely with students, families, staff, and external agencies to foster a supportive and inclusive environment that enables every pupil to thrive.

Responsibilities include leading pastoral provision, monitoring behaviour, coordinating interventions, and liaising with parents.
