Milk Education is seeking a Head of Year (Non-Teaching) to lead pastoral care, behaviour, attendance, and personal development for the allocated year group.

You will work with students, families and staff to foster a safe, inclusive environment that supports academic and emotional growth.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, data-driven monitoring, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to build partnerships with parents and external agencies.
