Location: Haywards Heath
Milk Education is recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Haywards Heath, to start as soon as possible. The school supports children with ASD, EBD, and SEMH. Recent experience is preferred but not essential. If you have the passion and drive to help shape the lives of amazing children, apply today and make a difference.

What You’ll Do:
- Support students in their learning journey, encouraging them to overcome challenges and celebrate their achievements.
- Assist in developing engaging, tailored activities that spark joy and curiosity in your students.
- Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Build meaningful relationships with students, providing guidance and a friendly ear (and maybe a few high-fives!).
- Contribute to maintaining a respectful and collaborative classroom environment.
