Milk Education is recruiting a compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to support learners within a specialist post-16 educational setting in Harrogate from September 2026.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping learners develop independence, communication and confidence while working alongside teachers, therapists and support staff.

This long-term, full-time role offers specialist SEND training and CPD, with potential for permanent placement.
