Milk Education is seeking a SEND Learning Support Assistant at a specialist post-16 college in Harrogate from September 2026.
The role offers a long-term, permanent-possible contract with a supportive team and specialist SEND training.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups, align activities to EHCP outcomes, encourage independence and communication, support life skills and employability, and collaborate with teachers and therapists to provide high-quality support for learners with SEND.
