Milk Education is seeking a SEND Learning Support Assistant to support learners in a specialist post-16 setting in Harrogate from September 2026. The role is full-time and long-term with potential for permanent placement, focusing on enabling learners with diverse needs to access education and build independence.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, tailor activities to EHCP goals, promote communication and confidence, and collaborate with teachers and therapists to deliver high-quality support.
