SEN Teaching Assistant – Make a Real Difference Every Day

Join MILK Education and support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to achieve their full potential. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small group settings
  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering personalised learning plans
  • Encouraging development of communication, social, and life skills
  • Helping pupils regulate emotions and engage positively in learning
  • Supporting daily routines including breaktimes, activities, and school trips
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to support progress
