Milk Education is working with welcoming and supportive SEN schools across Guildford seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join their teams from September 2026. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive both academically and socially.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of needs, work alongside teachers to deliver inclusive lessons.
