Welcome to Milk Education – Guildford. We’re on the hunt for our 7th team member with huge potential opportunities across Primary, Secondary, and SEND. We’re looking for a Principal Recruitment Consultant who’s ready to make an impact, hit the ground running, and grow fast.

You’ll join a high-performing, collaborative team led by an experienced leader who’s passionate about helping recruiters level up into management roles.

- Owning and scaling a warm desk across Primary, Secondary, and SEND
- Building long-term relationships with schools and educators
- Driving business development and growing market presence
- Placing amazing candidates in roles where they thrive
- Running the full 360 recruitment cycle
- Working toward Managing Consultant—with a clear, supported path
