Graduate Cover Supervisor , you'll deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects, including English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages, PE, and more.

The Role
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will
- Supervise pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
- Deliver lesson instructions left by the class teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students in completing the work set by the teacher.
- Encourage pupils to stay engaged, motivated, and focused throughout lessons.
- Build positive relationships with students and school staff.
- Follow school behaviour, safeguarding, and health & safety policies.
You won't be expected to plan lessons or mark work, allowing you to focus on developing your classroom management skills and gaining valuable school-based experience.
