Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Newcastle

Milk Education | £26,000 + Commission | Start: June/July 2025

Monday – Friday (7:15am start when the schools are open)

You\’ll start by supporting experienced recruiters with candidate searches and client engagement, learning everything from the ground up. Once trained, you’ll move into your own 360 recruitment role — speaking to schools, matching candidates, building relationships, and owning your success.

Don\’t worry if you\’ve never done sales or recruitment before — we’ve got top-tier training, and you’ll be supported every step of the way by industry pros who’ve been where you are now.

A day in the life after 6 months (once you’re settled in):

Making intro calls to schools and building relationships

Learning to navigate our CRM like a machine

Responding to candidate and client enquiries

Sourcing, shortlisting, and placing candidates

Contributing to team strategy and smashing shared goals
