Milk Education is recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to join SEN schools across Solihull, working on a long-term Basis, starting after February Half term. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates who are passionate about education and eager to gain hands-on experience supporting pupils with special educational needs in a rewarding and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: * Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs. * Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons and activities to meet individual pupil targets. * Support pupils with communication, social skills, and emotional regulation throughout the school day. * Promote positive behaviour and engagement within the classroom and wider school setting.
