We’re looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates or anyone with a strong can-do attitude who wants to make a difference in education.
What does a Cover Supervisor do?
- Supervise whole classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly
- Deliver pre-prepared work and keep pupils focused and engaged
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Provide support and guidance where needed, helping pupils stay on track
- Be a positive role model, creating a calm and productive learning environment
