What does a Cover Supervisor do?
- Supervise whole classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly
- Deliver pre-prepared work and keep pupils focused and engaged
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Provide support and guidance where needed, helping pupils stay on track
- Be a positive role model, creating a calm and productive learning environment

- A degree (any subject) or proven experience with young people, backed up by a confident can-do attitude
