- Your Responsibilities
- Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 during lessons.
- Deliver engaging one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Help children build confidence, resilience and independence.
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
- Encourage positive behaviour and active participation.
- Help create an inclusive, engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times.
- We’re Looking For
- A degree (or expected graduation) in any subject.
- A genuine interest in working with children and young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Any experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
