Milk Education is recruiting a SEMH Teacher to join a specialist setting in Birtley, Gateshead, supporting pupils aged 11β16 with SEMH needs. The role starts January 2027 and offers a nurturing, supportive environment with small class sizes (max 6 students).
You will plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons, working closely with teaching assistants and pastoral staff to create a calm, positive learning environment where every learner feels safe, valued and able to progress.
