Milk Education is recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Gateshead and surrounding areas. Cover Supervisor Responsibilities
- Supervise pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Support students in completing work set by the class teacher
- Encourage pupils to stay engaged and focused throughout lessons
- Build positive relationships with students and staff
- Follow school behaviour and safeguarding policies
You will not be required to plan lessons or mark work, making this an excellent opportunity to gain classroom experience and develop confidence working with young people.
