Milk Education is seeking a dedicated Nursery Support Worker to join our partner nurseries in Darlington and surrounding areas from September 2026.

You will support children aged 0–5 with learning, play and development in a warm, safe environment.

The role offers long-term, full-time opportunities, fast-track registration, access to CPD, and a supportive consultant team.

Strong communication, patience and genuine passion for early years are essential.
