Milk Education, in partnership with a specialist SEND provision in the Durham area, is recruiting SEND Support Workers to assist pupils with Autism, ADHD, and other complex needs. This role focuses on children and young people aged 5 to 19, including non-verbal pupils, requiring structured routines and clear communication.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities to fit your availability. The role stresses patience, calmness, and teamwork to deliver EHCPs and promote emotional well-being.
