Are you a passionate EYFS Teaching Assistant with a background in Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
Our client, a welcoming and inclusive primary school in NW3, Camden, is looking for a dedicated and nurturing TA to join their Early Years team.
About the Role:
Support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (Nursery and Reception).
Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of additional needs (including ASD, speech & language, and developmental delay).
Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to implement individual learning plans (EHCPs).
Foster a caring, creative, and inclusive learning environment that encourages every child to thrive.
About You:
Experience working with EYFS pupils, ideally within a primary school setting.
Proven background supporting children with SEN (Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language needs, etc.).
Knowledge of EYFS curriculum and child development principles.
Empathetic, patient, and proactive in approach.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
