The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Have previous experience working within an EYFS setting in a primary school or nursery
  • Be confident in supporting the development of early literacy, language, and numeracy skills
  • Have a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and child development
  • Show a warm, caring, and patient approach

Key Responsibilities:
