Milk Education are recruiting for an English Teacher to work within a welcoming and inclusive secondary school. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality English education and inspiring a love of language and literature. The role is suitable for both Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners, teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities at Key Stage 5 depending on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
- Planning and delivering engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Differentiating learning to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities
- Assessing, tracking, and reporting on pupil progress
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
Essential Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
