Milk Education is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor for our Brent location to support students with SEMH and behavioural needs. You will foster safe, trusting relationships and help learners regulate emotions to engage with learning. The role partners with teachers, families and external agencies to tailor support for each student’s needs.
The position is full-time, term-time only, with a daily rate of £120–£140. September 2026 start date.
