Milk Education is seeking a Child Development Support Assistant to work across primary schools in Washington/South Shields starting in September.

You will support children with learning, communication and developmental needs, providing one-to-one and small group support to help pupils access learning.

Ideal candidates are qualified Teaching Assistants with a Level 2 TA or higher, experience in primary settings, and a genuine passion for child development and wellbeing.
