Milk Education are recruiting for an Early Years Educator for a Primary School in Northumberland to work on a long-term basis starting in as soon as possible. This is a school with a child-centred approach and high standards of attainment and behaviour. Could this be the role for you? Early Years Educator Role & Responsibilities: * Monitor and assess the development of each child, reporting any concerns to the lead teacher * Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities * Maintain open and effective communication with parents, keeping them informed of their child\’s progress * Manage daily routines and activities within the nursery setting, ensuring smooth transitions between tasks * Lead small group activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and learning * Assist in maintaining a well-organized and stimulating learning environment Early Years Educator Non-negotiables: * Previous experience working with early years/preschool/primary aged children * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment * Familiarity with the EYFS framework, or willingness to train quickly Why choose Milk?
