Milk Education is seeking an Early Years Assistant for a First school in Longbenton to join their vibrant Early Years team.

You will support the Nursery and/or Reception Teacher with day‑to‑day tasks and assessments.

You will help create a safe, stimulating environment for all children, including those who are most vulnerable, and assist with daily routines, play, and personal care when required.

You will work with a supportive team committed to delivering high‑quality education.
