Are you a passionate Early Years and Childhood Studies Graduate looking to kickstart or develop your career in education? We are working in partnership with a vibrant and welcoming primary school in South Manchester seeking a committed graduate to join their Early Years team on a long-term basis from September 2025.

As an Early Years and Childhood Studies Graduate, you will:

  • Support children aged 3–5 in line with the EYFS framework, promoting their learning through play, creativity, and structured activities.
  • Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
  • Provide one-to-one or small group support for children with additional needs, helping to develop communication, social, and emotional skills.
  • Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
  • Help with observations and assessments, tracking children’s progress and supporting their next steps.

We are looking for:

  • A degree in Early Years and Childhood Studies or a related field (essential).
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development milestones.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for early years education.
  • Previous experience in an early years or school setting.
