What Your Role Will Involve:
- Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Building strong relationships with pupils and creating a positive classroom environment
- Supporting a range of learning needs, including SEN
- Using behaviour management strategies with confidence (support provided)
- Working collaboratively with teachers, leaders, and support staff
- Contributing to planning, marking, and assessment
- Growing your confidence as an emerging practitioner
