The Role
We are seeking a skilled DT Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will play a key part in a supportive department that values creativity, hands-on learning, and high standards. You will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering exciting, practical DT lessons that inspire curiosity and independent thinking
- Supporting pupils to develop skills in design, problem-solving, and safe workshop practice
- Contributing to the school’s culture of Care, Respect and Inspire
- Embedding key values of Attitude, Resilience, Independence, Confidence, Pride and Aspiration into classroom practice
- Assessing and tracking student progress to drive achievement
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Specialism in Design & Technology (Resistant Materials, Product Design, Engineering, Graphics or similar)
