Main Purpose of the Role
To provide high-quality classroom supervision and instruction across a range of subjects during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and learning objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lessons and activities prepared by the absent teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
