Milk Education is seeking dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers to work across schools in the Darlington area. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver engaging lessons, support pupils of varying abilities, and help maintain a calm, positive learning environment where every student feels motivated to succeed. You will work closely with school leadership and teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning across a range of subjects and year groups.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • A proactive, professional attitude with a commitment to inclusive education
  • Support pupils’ academic progress and engagement
  • Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of learning needs
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure continuity of learning
  • Provide feedback on pupil progress where required
