Criminology Graduate – Youth and Community Learning Support Assistant Reading
Role: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in a specialist SEN school, supporting young people with Autism, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and additional learning challenges.
Location: Reading
Pay: Competitive daily rate, £101.40 per day
Start Date: September 2025 starts available
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 4:00 pm), Term Time Only

About the Role

You will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils, focusing on both academic progress and social development.

- Degree in Criminology, Psychology, Youth & Community Work, or related fields (desirable but not essential).
