Milk Education is seeking Trauma-Informed Classroom Assistants to work in one of our partner specialist schools in Northumberland, across three sites.
You will support pupils aged 5β16 with SEMH, trauma, and behavioural needs, using a nurturing, relationship-based approach.
Hours are 8:30amβ3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
You will collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists; attend ongoing training, and contribute to tailored plans to help pupils feel safe and ready to learn.
