About the Role

  • Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher.
  • Delivering pre-planned lessons across all subjects at KS3 and KS4 level.
  • Ensuring pupils remain on task and engaged in learning.
  • Managing behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Supporting the wider school environment and contributing to a positive learning atmosphere.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience working within a UK secondary school setting (essential).
  • Strong classroom management and confident communication skills.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
