Cover Supervisor – Flintshire Secondary School Location: Flintshire North Wales Start: ASAP / September 2025 Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Salary: Competitive We are seeking a reliable, confident and flexible Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team at a thriving secondary school in the borough of Flintshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working with young people who is looking to develop their skills in a school environment. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher, ensuring that students remain on task and continue to make progress in their learning. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise whole classes during short-term teacher absences. * Deliver lessons provided by teaching staff, ensuring students stay engaged and follow the set work. * Manage student behaviour in line with the school’s policies and procedures. * Provide feedback to relevant teaching staff regarding student progress and any issues that arise during cover. * Support the wider school team as needed, including during break/lunch duties or administrative support.
