What you’ll be doing in the role; * Supervise students in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring a calm, productive learning environment. * Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs * Manage student behaviour, maintaining a safe and supportive atmosphere. * Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students.
