Milk Education are supporting mainstream secondary schools in South Leeds and Wakefield. We are looking for reliable, proactive Cover Supervisors to manage classrooms in the absence of teachers, ensuring that learning continues smoothly and students remain engaged.
About the Role
- Supervise classes across different subjects and year groups when teachers are absent.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour, engagement, and safety.
- Deliver pre-prepared work and ensure all students complete tasks to the best of their ability.
- Support students’ learning and provide feedback to teaching staff where required.
- Act as a positive role model, promoting a calm and inclusive classroom environment.
We Are Looking For:
- Someone who is organised, adaptable, and confident in managing secondary school students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with students and staff.
