A school in South Leverton near Retford require a class teacher to join them to teach a small group of KS3 students who are working on the primary curriculum. The students at the school all have an EHCP for special needs and you will be working with students with Autism, ADHD and SEMH needs.
The school are particularly interested in teachers who are familiar with trauma informed practice and those who hold a team teach qualification, although this is not essential.
The working hours are 08:30-16:00, Monday to Friday and this is a permanent role, subject to a twelve week probation through Milk education. The role is paid to scales M1-UPS3 from day one and you will have the full support of the wider school team and two teaching assistants in order to help your students access their learning.
