The Roles:
- Monday β Friday
- Primary School/Nursery setting
- 8:30am β 3:30pm
- Β£107.71 a day
Teaching Assistant β Requirements or Skills:
- A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare, education, early years or similar β or equivalent hands-on experience (required)
- Recent experience working in a school or education setting (preferred)
- Enthusiasm for helping pupils reach their full potential and making a positive difference to their learning and development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Teaching Assistant β Main Responsibilities:
- Encouraging independence by helping pupils develop communication and self-management skills
- Providing encouragement and reassurance to pupils who may require additional support
- Supporting learners by providing one-to-one or small group assistance
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other professionals
- Maintaining safeguarding and confidentiality, following school policies
