We’re seeking a Learning Support Mentor to join a dedicated team in a high-needs SEND school in North Liverpool. This full-time role offers the chance to work closely with pupils aged 3–19 who present a wide range of needs—including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning profiles.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing consistent, compassionate 1:1 and small group support
  • Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour strategies, and personalised learning
  • Using tools like PECs, Makaton, sensory resources, and structured routines
  • Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure holistic progress
  • Adapting activities and environments to meet diverse sensory and communication needs
