Milk Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Merseyside to recruit a Business Studies Teacher to start as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Business Studies graduate, aspiring teacher, or experienced Business Studies Teacher with strong knowledge of business, finance, marketing, or entrepreneurship who is keen to inspire students, build confidence, and support academic achievement across KS3 and KS4.

This role is open to both recent graduates looking to gain valuable classroom experience and experienced teachers seeking their next opportunity within secondary education. The Role as a Business Studies Teacher

  • Deliver engaging Business Studies lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Support students in developing confidence, analytical thinking, and business knowledge
  • Prepare pupils for assessments, examinations, and GCSE coursework
  • Adapt lessons and activities to meet individual learning needs
  • Encourage participation and positive behaviour through engaging teaching strategies
  • Track student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

The Ideal Candidate as a Business Studies Teacher

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related subject, or previous experience teaching Business Studies
  • Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Business Studies
  • Experience teaching or working with secondary-aged students is desirable
  • Open to both recent graduates and experienced teachers
  • Confident, adaptable, and engaging communication style
  • Passion for education and supporting young people
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
