MILK Education are currently working with a range of specialist SEND schools across Bury who are seeking confident, experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a variety of additional needs.

The Role:
  • Supporting students with a range of additional needs (SEN/SEMH/ASC) on a 1:1 and small group basis
  • Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and behaviour support
  • Helping to create a structured, safe and engaging learning environment
  • Supporting pupils to develop both academically and socially
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other support staff

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant (essential)
  • Experience within SEND schools or supporting additional needs (desirable)
