The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children’s academic progress and personal development.
- Assess, monitor and record pupil progress effectively.
- Adapt teaching approaches to support different learning needs.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Is passionate about inspiring and motivating children.
- Is organised, adaptable and committed to improving outcomes for pupils.
