The Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Support children’s academic progress and personal development.
  • Assess, monitor and record pupil progress effectively.
  • Adapt teaching approaches to support different learning needs.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff.
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching within a primary school setting.
  • Is passionate about inspiring and motivating children.
  • Is organised, adaptable and committed to improving outcomes for pupils.
  • We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers seeking a new opportunity within supportive school environments.
