Milk Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work one-to-one with pupils at our new site in Broughton, near Scunthorpe.
The role is based on 08:30β15:30, Monday to Friday, full-time, with a 12-week probation and an immediate start in September 2026.
We welcome applicants with at least 6 months of experience working with children or related mental health/public service roles.
This position supports pupils aged 11β16 with SEMH and requires resilience, patience and empathy.
