Our Hull branch is already doing well —and home to a top-billing consultant, a strong client base, and a buzzing office vibe. But we know there’s still so much more potential to unlock. That’s where you come in.
We're looking for a dynamic, people-first leader who’s ready to own the branch, grow the team, and leave their mark. You’ll be hands-on, collaborative, and focused on building a high-performing team across Primary, Secondary, and SEND.
This role is made for someone who’s ready to:

- Mentor and develop consultants—both seasoned pros and fresh talent
