We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher for a long-term role starting in January within the Bradford area. This is a full-time position, suitable for Experienced Teachers or Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are flexible and happy to travel.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging, accessible, and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with a range of learning needs
- Promote inclusion, independence, and achievement for all pupils
- Adapt teaching strategies and resources to support academic progress and emotional wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider support team
- Foster a positive, nurturing classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience in a primary school setting (SEN experience desirable)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A creative, flexible, and resilient approach to teaching
- Experience delivering differentiated lessons
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
