Milk Education is seeking a confident HLTA / Cover Supervisor to join a Secondary SEND school in Bradford from September. The role is full-time and long-term with potential for a permanent position, supporting pupils aged 11–19 with ASC, MLD/SLD, Complex Needs, Speech & Language needs and SEMH.
You will deliver pre-planned lessons, support SEND pupils, manage behaviour and work closely with staff to ensure progress. A rewarding specialist setting awaits with dedicated CPD and consultant support.
