Milk Education is working with welcoming primary and secondary schools looking for enthusiastic Aspiring Teachers to join their teams as Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, Learning Support Assistants, and Behaviour Mentors. This is the perfect opportunity to develop your classroom confidence, work alongside experienced teachers, and gain the hands-on experience that teacher training providers value.

Hours & Contract

  • Monday–Friday, 08:30–15:30
  • Full-time opportunities available
  • Short-term, long-term, and permanent roles

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Support pupils across the classroom, on a 1:1 basis, and in small groups
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons as a Cover Supervisor where required
  • Encourage positive behaviour and engagement with learning
  • Support pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents
  • Gain valuable experience across a variety of year groups and subjects
