Milk Education is recruiting a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming Primary school in Bradford from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EYFS Teacher or an Early Career Teacher looking to develop their teaching career within a supportive Primary school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative and age-appropriate lessons across the EYFS curriculum.
- Create a nurturing, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Support children's communication, language, physical, social and emotional development.
- Use play-based learning and practical activities to encourage curiosity and independence.
- Differentiate learning to meet the individual needs and abilities of all children.
- Monitor, assess and record children's progress and development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers and school staff.
- Promote positive behaviour and support children's emotional wellbeing.
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and wider school staff.
- Contribute to planning, assessment and the wider life of the school.
About You
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an appropriate teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within EYFS is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood development.
- A nurturing, enthusiastic and child-centred approach.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Creative and confident in delivering engaging, play-based learning.
- Able to differentiate learning and respond effectively to individual needs.
- Flexible, proactive and committed to creating positive outcomes for children.
- Available to work full-time from September 2026.
