About the Role
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Build strong relationships with pupils and create a positive classroom environment.
- Support a range of learning needs, including SEND.
- Use positive behaviour management strategies to maintain a calm and productive classroom.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, leaders, and support staff.
- Contribute to planning, marking, and assessment.
- Support pupils to achieve their full potential.
- Develop your confidence and skills as an emerging practitioner.
- Create an inclusive learning environment where every child feels supported.
- What We Are Looking For
- Newly qualified teachers completing or having recently completed their ECT induction.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or eligibility to teach in the UK.
- High expectations for all pupils and a commitment to helping them achieve their full potential.
- A motivated, enthusiastic, and committed approach to teaching.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Someone who can work effectively with support staff to plan, deliver, and evaluate learning.
- A genuine passion for education and supporting children’s development.
